We started TechBay to close a gap we saw across the market: organizations forced to juggle five different vendors for software, network, security and support. We built the team to be all five.
From a two-person consultancy to a full-service integrator
TechBay Integrated Systems began as a small IT consultancy supporting local businesses with network setup and hardware troubleshooting. As clients kept asking for more — a website here, a custom application there, a security camera system for a new branch — we made a deliberate choice: rather than referring that work elsewhere, we built the in-house capability to deliver it ourselves, to the same standard, under the same accountability.
Today, TechBay serves SMEs, government institutions, schools, hospitals, NGOs and enterprises with a single integrated team spanning software engineering, cloud infrastructure, networking, physical security and managed support.
