Tech-bay Integrated Systems Ltd (“TechBay”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Nigeria (RC No. 962891), based in Kaduna State. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website, techbaysystems.com.
This policy covers this website only. Our software products are provided under their own agreements and privacy terms.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, plus your phone number, organization and service of interest if you provide them.
- Direct contact: if you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share, such as your number or email address.
- Server logs: our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (for example IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and to keep the site running.
3. What we do not do
- This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
- There are no user accounts or logins on this website.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
4. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where you ask, prepare a proposal or discuss our services.
- To keep ordinary business records of our communications.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.
We rely on your consent when you submit the contact form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
5. Who we share it with
Contact form messages are emailed to our business mailbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail). Google therefore processes that information on our behalf, and it may be stored on servers outside Nigeria. Our hosting provider stores the website and its technical logs.
We share information with team members only as needed to respond to you. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our ordinary business records. We delete them when they are no longer needed, or earlier if you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including serving this website over HTTPS and limiting who can access our mailbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, or restrict how we use it;
- stop using your information where you object to it;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it).

9. Children
This website is intended for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Links to other sites
Some links, such as WhatsApp or social media, lead to services run by others. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this website.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
